What is your pricing method like?

We offer crystal clear flat-rate pricing. There are no contracts, no agreements, and no hidden fees. Our pricing is based off the number of bedrooms you have in your home.

How much will it cost?

You can see all our pricing on the booking form. Pricing is based off the number of bedrooms in your home as well as bathrooms. Pricing is different for a full bath and a half bath, select accordingly! Also, for any extra service, those will be tacked on to the total bill.

What if I have more bedrooms in my home than I need cleaned?

For this, we take off $11 per bedroom or bathroom not being cleaned but you must select the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms (round half bathrooms up) inside the home. If you have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home, but only want 2 bedrooms cleaned, you are to select 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and mention only needed 2 bedrooms cleaned in the comment box. Once we get the cleaning request, we will go in and deduct $11 per bedroom not being cleaned and send you the confirmation email.

Do you service my area?

We are located in the heart of Akron, Ohio and serve all of the surrounding areas. We clean in Summit County, Stark County, Portage County, Lorain County, Cuyahoga County, Lake County, Geauga County, and Medina County.

What does the cleaning include?

We offer a routine thorough cleaning of all living spaces in the home. This includes microfiber dusting to all surfaces. All types of floors get their proper cleaning with the correct supplies and equipment. The trash in any room will be removed. The kitchen will be wiped down and sanitized. All exterior surfaces of appliances and cabinets will be cleaned. The bathroom will be scrubbed and and sparkling when we are finished.

What is NOT included in the cleaning?

We do not clean walls floor to ceiling or heavy carpet spot cleaning, shampooing. We do not do any waste removal or severe construction clean up (sawdust and drywall dust is OK). We only clean areas that are accessible from the ground or a step-stool.

How is the laundry performed?

Laundry is only done while the maid is cleaning the house. She will start laundry when she arrives, change it to the dryer when it is done washing. If she is still there when that load is dry, she will fold it. Once the maid is done cleaning, she is done with laundry and will not wait around for the clothes to be done.

What exactly is your deep clean extra service?

Our deep clean extra service is what we consider when a house or apartment has not been routinely cleaned for over 3 months. This does NOT involve deep carpet and spot cleaning, just a more detailed, heavy dusting, heavy cleaning that will require more time to perform properly.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies, products, and equipment. If you have any special supplies or equipment you would like for us to use, leave a comment in the comments box on the booking form. Green, eco-friendly products are available on request.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! There is a comment box available for you in the booking form to leave any special request you may have.


Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Your home and family is safe with us. We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews. All out cleaners are required to be fully insured with general liability insurance. Proof of documents are available on request.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We are available 7 days a week with e-mail always on. Never hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns. Your happiness is our top priority.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing information is fully secure with our 256-bit encryption that is built within our booking form. You will never have to fear for your information's security with us.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We back our cleaning fully with a 200% guarantee. If you're not happy with the first clean for any reason, we will clean your home again for free. This can be something as small as cleaning your oven again or the entire home!

How does your hourly work if I'm not sure how long I will need the maid for?

Simple, you schedule your cleaning and give a rough estimate how long you think it will take. The day before the cleaning your card will be put on hold. If we stay shorter than the time you booked for, you will only be charged for the time we stay. If we need to stay longer than the time you booked for, we get approval from you to add time to service. Your card is only charged after the service is completed.
